The Humanist Manufacturing Academy offers practical online self-paced courses that share knowledge and experience in a human-centered approach to manufacturing. These courses are not just theoretical, but designed to provide practical solutions and strategies that can lead organizations to environmental, financial, and social success. Leaders and managers adopting the Humanist Manufacturing framework will gain a comprehensive understanding and a robust set of skills, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to significantly benefit all internal and external stakeholders. The academy offers courses on the Humanist Manufacturing framework outlined in Humanist Manufacturing: A Humanitarian Approach to Excellence in High-Impact Plant Operations.

There are four options for doing the coursework. Individuals can 1) do the work independently, 2) as a cohort with other students, 3) in a one-on-one setting where I provide additional feedback to the student, and 4) use a customized option of in-person, virtual, or hybrid options to fit the specific needs of your organization.
